Terms and Conditions
By using Magdy’s UAV Services website and purchasing services from us, you agree to the Terms and Conditions set forth in this agreement. We reserve the right to change or modify this agreement at any time. If you do not agree to our Terms and Conditions, you should not use our website or purchase our services. By using this website and/or purchasing services from us, you agree to be legally bound and abide by these Terms and Conditions, just as if you had signed a written legal agreement.
ALL SERVICES:
You are purchasing a time block from Magdy’s UAV Services, NOT a specific number of images. This is why it is of the utmost importance that your home be photo-ready, and we are allowed to begin work immediately.
YOUR TIME BLOCK:
Your time block includes a specific amount of time for your shoot and an estimated number of images. Your property will be shot AS-IS. Please have the property photo-ready upon arrival. We DO NOT clean, move, or otherwise provide anything but our drone services. Failure to have your home photo-ready may impact the number of images taken.
TRAVEL FEES and PARKING:
Magdy’s UAV Services offers aerial drone photography in Tracy and our local service area. Our local service area includes all properties that are within 20 miles of Tracy City Hall. Properties located outside our local service area will incur a travel fee. Any location beyond our local service area will incur a fee of $0.90 per mile (round trip) and will be added on top of the project total. Travel fees are calculated via Google Maps. If free parking is unavailable, clients will be responsible for any parking fees incurred. Any toll fees also will be applied to the project total.
CANCELLATIONS and RESCHEDULING:Â
Cancellations forfeit your deposit. We strongly urge you to reschedule and let us provide our service to you. There is no cancellation fee if we deem it necessary due to inclement weather.
NO SHOWS or LATE SHOWS:
If you do not show up for your shoot or if you show up late that the shoot has to be canceled, you will forfeit your deposit and incur a $50-$100 fee (depending on location) that must be paid in full before you can schedule another block. If we arrive at the property and are unable to work due to lack of access or any other situation beyond our control, the block will be canceled, and you will forfeit your deposit and incur a $50-$100 fee (depending on location) that must be paid in full before you can schedule another block.
REFUNDS:
Please have your property ready to shoot before our arrival. All properties are shot AS-IS. We DO NOT provide any cleaning, moving, or home staging services. Please remove cars from the driveway, close garage doors, clean and sweep driveways, sidewalks, and patios, mow the lawn, trim trees and bushes, clean the swimming pool, etc. No landscapers or others should be on-site at the time. This may affect the time spent on your shoot and can adversely affect the amount of images taken. Please arrive early to the location to ensure everything is the way you like it. Cancellations due to a late start, lack of access, or any other circumstances beyond our control will forfeit the deposit and incur a $50-$100 fee, depending on location. If canceled due to inclement weather, no cancellation fee is incurred, and the pilot will dictate this cancellation. I can not emphasize this enough: have everyone and everything ready. Refunds may be provided only under certain circumstances and will not be provided if the client did not communicate any specifics or if any images look no different than what’s in our portfolio.
PORTFOLIO AND SOCIAL MEDIA USE:
Magdy’s UAV Services has every right to use any and all photo and video footage from our clients for our online portfolio and social media content. By purchasing services from us, you grant us every right to use the photo and video footage from your property. If you are an agent/broker/agency representing the homeowner, you authorize Magdy’s UAV Services on the owner’s behalf.
