Frequently Asked Questions
I am a proud graduate of the Pilot Institute and am well-versed in the rules and regulations of the sky. As a Part 107 certificate holder, my equipment is registered and compliant with the latest FAA standards.
DO NOT take unnecessary risks with an unlicensed drone operator that could put you at potential financial liability. I don’t just send my drones up; I take a couple of pictures and send them back to you. Did I mention I am FAA-Certified? Remember, the burden of proof is on you. Flying with unlicensed operators can get you into substantial legal issues, and along with that come very heavy fines and penalties. I strictly adhere to all FAA rules and regs. I am insured and equipped with all the necessary knowledge of local laws and the airspace of your locale. I don’t fly above legally allowed altitudes. I check for NOTAMs, and I don’t fly in TFRs. I acquire LAANC authorizations for any location within Bravo, Charlie, Delta, and Echo airspace when required by law. I also have approval for night flights. Those civil twilight shots are dazzling! I use some of the best drones money can buy, and I utilize professional photo editing software to make your images pop that much more!
