RESIDENTIAL REAL ESTATE

Magdy’s UAV Services takes great pride in our aerial photography and the value it adds to your home. Not only do I strive to give you friendly service and competitive rates, but I also strive to keep your project within budget and on time. Our residential photo packages are offered exclusively for single-family homes and condos. Give everyone a Bird's-Eye view of your property that highlights your backyard oasis, scenic location, or surrounding neighborhood. You can even display your newly installed solar panels in all their glory!

Bronze $159 - up to 5 images (prices/packages subject to change)*

Silver $269 - up to 10 images with up to 30-second video (prices/packages subject to change)*

Gold $349 - up to 20 images with up to 1-minute video (prices/packages subject to change)*

*This is within your block time selected. You are purchasing a block of time, not a specific amount of images. Please have your property ready to shoot before our arrival. All properties are shot AS-IS. We DO NOT provide any cleaning, moving, or home staging services. Please remove cars from the driveway, close garage doors, clean and sweep driveways, sidewalks, and patios, mow the lawn, trim trees and bushes, clean the swimming pool, etc. No landscapers or others should be on-site at the time. This affects the time spent on your shoot and can adversely affect the amount of images taken.

Please arrive early to the location to ensure everything is the way you like it. Cancellations due to a late start due to lack of access or any other circumstances beyond our control will forfeit the deposit and incur a $50-$100 fee, depending on location. If canceled due to inclement weather, no cancelation fee is incurred, and this cancellation will be dictated by the pilot. I can not emphasize this enough: have everyone and everything ready.

**Image Editing

**Image editing may include address labels/property lines adjustments of sharpness, tone, brightness, shadows, blacks, whites, saturation, contrast, and colors. The edited video includes titles and music upon request otherwise, there is no audio for videos.

CONSTRUCTION

Don’t you just love watching a construction project from start to finish? Highlighting key milestones, we can provide an unobstructed, Bird's-Eye view of your site from start to finish. We will be at a safe distance and will not disturb any work being done.

Travel Fees

Travel fees will be applied to any job located outside our local service area. Anything within a 20-mile radius of the Tracy City Hall is considered local. Any location beyond that will incur a fee of $0.90 per mile (round trip) and will be added on top of the project total. Any parking and/or toll fees will also be added on top of the bill.
